Our name is a blend of two Greek words:

• Tomos (τόμος): meaning “a slice” or “section” (the “tomo” in tomography!)
• Sphere (σφαῖρα): meaning “a globe” or “world”

This channel is our “World of Slices”, a global community for anyone passionate about CT.
